Mindfulness- Based Integrative Counselling
Integrative approach that blends therapeutic techniques with mindfulness tools to support both emotional healing and personal growth. Rooted in mindfulness, this method fosters self-awareness, resilience, and presence. It offers a safe, empathic space to explore life challenges, emotional patterns, and internal blocks, while also guiding clients toward meaningful goals and life changes. Drawing from counselling practices such as reflective dialogue and emotional support, and combining them with forward-focused coaching strategies, this approach addresses areas like relationships, career, grief, and self-esteem. The aim is not only to help clients cope with current difficulties, but also to strengthen their emotional well-being and empower them to live with clarity, purpose, and balance.

Sound Therapy
A gentle, immersive experience that uses sound as a tool for deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
Sound baths combine the healing vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and gongs with intentional space holding and, when appropriate, therapeutic conversation. Whether in a group setting or a one-to-one session, each experience is designed to support you in reconnecting with your body, your breath, and your inner calm.
As a counsellor and sound practitioner, I offer integrative sessions that may include reflective dialogue before or after the sound experience—bridging sound and self-awareness.
Sound baths can be especially supportive in times of loss and transition, and will soon be available as part of bereavement support groups, creating space for collective healing through sound.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness, often referred to as a trance. It is not mind control or specific issues such as anxiety, stress or unwanted habits. During a typical session, clients are comfortably seated or lying down while the therapist guides them through relaxation techniques and positive suggestions. The environment is calm and supportive, fostering a sense of safety and openness. Clients remain in control throughout the process and can choose to accept or reject suggestions. Hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool for personal growth and healing, promoting positive change in a gentle and effective manner. By accessing the subconscious mind, this powerful modality helps dissolve long-standing emotional barriers, anxieties, and self-limiting patterns that often hold us back, creating a foundation for lasting wellbeing and a truly transformative personal journey. It provides profound support for managing stress, overcoming addictive behaviours, and enhancing both sleep and self-belief.
