
Hello! My name is Kasia. I am a Counsellor with a passion for supporting others in finding strength during life’s challenging moments.
If you feel overwhelmed by everyday life, struggle with anxiety, depression or low self-esteem, or maybe you are navigating grief, heartbreak, or personal crisis, I can provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. Together, we can uncover what’s holding you back and gently move towards clarity, healing, and growth.
As an expat from Poland living in the UK for over 20 years, I understand how life transitions—especially cultural and identity shifts—can impact our mental and emotional wellbeing.
In addition to counselling, I hold a Life Coaching Certificate and a Sound Bath Practitioner Certificate. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist. These skills can be integrated into our counselling sessions or offered as a standalone practice, depending on your unique needs. This therapeutic tool further enhances my ability to work with the subconscious mind to facilitate deeper healing and transformation.
These tools allow me to take a holistic approach to personal development, integrating traditional talk therapy with practices that support the body and nervous system.

Mindfulness-Based Integrative Counselling
A integrative approach blending counselling and mindfulness techniques, offering both emotional support and practical guidance. This integrative method supports healing, self-awareness, and personal growth through reflective conversation and therapeutic tools.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is an exciting technique that uses guided relaxation to achieve a state of awareness called trance. In this state individuals can explore deep thoughts and feelings. When combined with counselling, it enhances the therapeutic journey, tackling deeper challenges while enjoying traditional benefits. Hypnotherapy is also a powerful standalone treatment for stress relief and habit transformation.
